I caught a screening of this at MOMA the other day and Verhoeven was there himself for a Q&A afterwards. I think this film is by far his masterpiece and certainly his most mature work.

I was very surprised to see the credits of the DP who shot Independence Day, Maid in Manhattan and many other purely commercial films...

I cant wait to see this again...was anyone able to catch it?
