Progressive or interlace for PAL to NTSC transfer?

I am going to shoot video footage using a Pansoniv dvx100 PAL for a client who is going to transfer this footage to NTSC format in order to use iti n USA. Which is better to use? Progressive or interlace mode?

I would hire an NTSC camera

recording progressive or interlaced pal will be equally problematic.

If your having trouble tracking down an NTSC camera hire a sony Z1, it is switchable between Pal and NTSC but it won't record progressive.
