Does anyone here know anything about the 25-100mm f/3.5 Zoom?

OOPS!

I meant to indicate in the title line that the zoom is an Angenieux 25-100mm. Sorry guys...

I'm looking for a short zoom for my Arri 2 package. There's a local DP offering up one of these lenses in Arri Standard Mount for $1,100.

I can't find anything on this lens. Does anyone here know anything about it?

I've got a 10x25mm Angenieux oldie I picked up about a year ago on eBAY. It's not great, but workable at f/8 and above. It sold for cheap... around $350... which leads me to believe that these older vintage Angenieux zooms aren't that good.

Maybe some of you out west have run into this piece of glass. Here on the east coast we don't get to see a lot of good old fashioned film gear.
