What cameras were used in Ed Wood?

Just a quick query, what were the cameras used in Ed Wood, NOT to shoot the film the ones that were IN the film. I THOUGHT they looked like Mitchell BNCs but I wasn't sure. Thanks-Steve

Havent seen the film for years , so cant remember the cameras used as props, can you post a pic ?

Looks to me like a Mitchell NC. It's not blimped.

I concur. In reality, they would have used a BNC or a blimped NC.
Unblimped NC would be used on exteriors.

Ozu movies use an unblimped NC & the camera can usually be heard on close ups.

'Hollywoodland' uses an unblimped NC as a prop camera on the 'Superman' set.
While not really bothersome in 'Ed Wood', it was here.
Maybe because 'Ed wood' was an entertaining movie.
