Alternative battery power for Scoopic?

We have two Scoopics (different models - one black, one gray) and have never had good luck with having the internal batteries recelled. They never work well....

Anyway, does anyone know of a place that makes a cable / battery pack that can power these things through the little connector on the camera bodies.

Other ideas for powering these things?
