I shot this at a 5.6 when i was measuring a 2.8.

I'm going to push it one stop.

How does this stock handle that at these exposure ranges?

Better than older stocks but you'll notice a dulling of the color a little and of course more grain. That stock has very little grain to begin with so you probably won't mind the results.

Are you transfering it? You may not even need to push it in processing.
