I have a K-3 and will be shooting a movie in July. everything i had done before was on reversal. I will be shooting a lot of outdoor night scenes and some daytime about 75-25 I have a few arri 650s and a few 300s and some omni lights (all tungston) what film stock would you recoment i use ?

For nightime stuff, my personal favorite film stock is 5218. Great latitude, holds up grain really well, and satisfactory results. Look on Kodak's website for details on different stocks. Another stock of similar nature that I like as well is Fuji Eterna 500T, I forget the emulsion but it's a great stock. It was used on "The Science of Sleep" if you'd like an example.

I actually just finished a day of shooting where we used 5205(it was 35mm). It's a great mid-range stock but I think you're going to have to shoot wide open and maybe even push to get good exposure at night time with 250D nonetheless. I think a good choice would be to use the 7205 for day stuff and 7218 for night.
