I've got an NPR and lenses for the ca mount seem pretty hard to find so i was thinking about getting a lens adapter to an arri mount but i dont know which one would be the best as far as number of options go. Any opinions on the type of adapter i should get?

I just got one myself, as you saw in the pics, I got a PL mount on the Cameflex, and I think I went a little over the top, I have no regrets, because I will have great lenses in there, but they are going to be expensive, I will suggest an arri B that will great to

I would agree with Martin. Arri bayonet lenses are around at a reasonable price. You've also got the "c" mount which can take Nikon, Pentax etc adaptors.

I'm in the works of buying an Eclair NPR that comes with Arri B and C mounts. From what I have seen on the web that seems like a good idea. I might get a Nikon F adapter for the C mount since I own a number of nice Nikkor lenses. If I need to rent lenses for some project add a B to PL adapter and I should be good. But since I'll be in your situation pretty soon as well, I'd appreciate any further input on this topic!

Cheers, Dave
