Angenieux 12-120 light loss adjustment

How much would one need to adjust for light loss using a Angenieux 12-120? Is the marking on the lens already adjusted, or would I need to open it up even more?

I dont know the lens like some may here but are you referring to the 16mm version ? (a friend owns one)

Do you mean T-stops vs. f-stops perhaps ?

Light loss from what factor >> the zoom affecting the transmission ? some kind of dog-leg prism viewfinder that is taking a % of light ?
