It looks like a ronfordbaker. I would not try to do this at home...

That's not a ladderpod; he's just standing on the leg of a tripod.

And no, I wouldn't recommend standing on a tripod leg like that either. Why would you want to? Think about what happens with your weight when you have to learn over to operate the camera, especially during a pan...

Sure they are Ronford - Baker Heavy Duty model, and certainly He's really cool, but I never, never would stand on any legs like that, and less with a BL 35 on top, surely it is standing at the gates of a terrible accident, besides that, my Heavy Duty Ronford's are way too expensive to even think on doing that.
