Has anyone been through the Columbia MFA program?

Any pointers, help--good or bad?

Thanks,
Bo

Are you referring to the Columbia University program? I graduated from there and really enjoyed the school. It has a structure but is very much a workshop mentality place, so you get from it what you are willing to put into it. The faculty, facilities and program are first rate. Lots of success and creative Oscars from that school.

I'm AC'ing on a Columbia student's grad thesis this weekend. All I can say so far is the production crew and plan sounds very well organized, so that definitely stands as a testimony to how well run the school probably is.

I'll see after this weekend though, ha ha!
