analogue+digital audio sync question?

Do it in real time. You'll loose a bit of quality by playing back the tape's audio as analog rather than a direct HiFi to HiFi dub but it won't be much loss. You'll need a simple two channel audio mixer. Mix the computer audio with the tape audio while the source tape is playing and the recorder is running. You should be able to preroll the tapes and punch "play" on the computer at the right time. Windows Media Player starts quick enough for that to work if you practice your dub a few times. .
I would like to add a sound track from a JVC HIFI Duplicator to another from my pc, and record onto a second Duplicator. How do I synchronize the tracks to start simultaneously? I only have the two VCRs, a PC and various cables. Just a beginner, playing with sound. Any help appreciated.
