Question about Aaton LTR54 video tap

I recently bought an Aaton LTR54 and while it was being serviced at Abel they found what it looks like a little camera where the video tap usually goes, I was wondering if anyone has any idea what this is and if it can be used as part of a video tap, in other words, what else will I need to make it work.
