Anyone know where I can rent a Sticky pod in Los Angeles?

Can't help you with that but if you think that you're going to use it again, it might be
worth buying. I bought the Sticky-Pod Pro, after finding it from one of the advertisers
on this site, and it's paid for itself many times, which was helped by the fact that it
cost about a $150.00

For shooting Mini-DV with small three chip cameras, it's great. I've got so many cool
shots from using it, and so many shots covering conversations in cars from outside
the car off of the door or hood, like they do in real movies, that it's gotten me work
shooting short films for people.

I don't put my HVX-200 on it, except maybe for a shot where the car is rolling in
neutral and I can walk alongside it, but with lighter cameras I've done 70 on the
highway and it's been great.
