Hey a couple days ago I posted my demo reel and it was not very well recieved.
1 It was too long, and 2 washed out.and 3 not enough variety.
Hopefully I did a better job on the first 2 but it is still lacking in variety. it consists of only 4 projects I shot last year.
I shot it all on the DVX100a, which to me is the biggest letdown, I need more and better formats, Im gonna be shootong some 20 year old 16mm filmstock in a couple of weeks, maybe I can post that stuff soon, if it turns out?
Anyways let me know what you guys think of the contrast, does it still look flat and washed out.
hows the new music, does it seem like a demo reel.
And do you think the shots are decent for a demo reel, in terms of lighting, composition and camera movement.
appreciate your comments and any ideas you have so I can make a better reel.
thanks
