The only thing I'm NOT seeing in your resume is what equipment and formats you've worked with. When I'm approached to work on a gig, that question always comes up, unless they've already seen my resume. For each film on my resume, I just have a quick note of what camera was used, but then in my description of skills at the top I have a short list of all the cameras I'm familiar with.
You might want to organize them by your role as well (a section for DP'd projects, another for AC, etc). And for your Non-DP gigs, maybe detail what DPs you worked with on those shoots. Having a CSC cinematographer on my resume has opened a lot of doors for me.
If you know a Producer or two, you should send it to them for some feedback. I'm constantly changing my resume, thanks to them.
