Will this 75lb suction cup car mount (supporting a 22lb camera) pull off a large decal stuck to the side of this truck? Will a large decal prevent the car mount from working properly or as safely? Thanks for any advice.

Probably not. Those graphics decals are usually on there pretty good otherwise the 70 to 120 MPH (the way I drive) winds generated as the car runs down the freeway would rip them right off. you should be fine. B)
