Pouring water

I want to shoot water as it`s being poured into a fish tank and fill it.
I'll be pointing the camera towards one side of the fish tank, a glass fish tank of course.

And I'd apprecciate any hints on how to light it properly.

The result I'm looking for is to have a white background and Cyan, or blueish water covering it.
