Lighting sweat or droplets of rain

Hi,
I need to re-create the sweat droplets on a subject as seen on the Gatorade Rain commercial and was wondering the best method to do this.
Also, is it better to use dark skin (as in the ad) or caucasian skin?

You have to ask yourself if rain droplets would be more visible on a black car or a white car. Generally what makes you able to see a water droplet are reflections of lights in the surface of the water, specular highlights, etc. and since those are white, they show up better against a darker background.
