How do I manually adjust the iris on the NIZO 6080?

Look at the dial immediately below where it says "Nizo 6080".

Turn the switch to the "man" setting.

You can then toggle the aperture open or closed by pushing the spring-loaded switch to + or -

You need to look through the viewfinder to get the aperture readings.

If you're using the internal meter you can have it set the aperture in automatic mode ("auf") and turn the dial 1 click anticlockwise to "fix". Unsurprisingly, that locks/fixes the aperture to the last reading that the automatic exposure setting chose. Useful if you want to zoom in to do a spot-metering type exposure. "Fix" it, zoom out, et voila....
