The shot starts out looking down a hallway and then jibs down has Harrison Ford's character approaches the actress lying face down on the floor boards. The shot ends up looking up through a now transparent floor at Harrison ford looming over the women. Have you seen this shot? Was digital work required or just some really super special effects guys.

Effect work all the way. I believe she was floated on a flase floor in the house set to give the crane room to get into position for the shot, and then floor extensions were digitally added in post. Zemekis loves to stick "impossible" shots into his films.
