How blue is blue?

Here's a question, how blue is blue if you shoot tungston film uncorrected? roughly what would the color temperature be? I'm looking to get that dawn-blue look without using blue filters. Any thoughts? Thanks ,

Really dawn blue is way up in theoretical CT's beyond what any physical material can be heated to for use as a light source. Maybe in the 20,000 - 50,000 Kelvin range or more.
