Hey guys, sorry if this isn't the right forum for this, wasn't sure where to post it.

I just got done with my short film and I have a 2 1000ft rolls of 5219 left over, they are slightly dented so I wasn't able to return them to Kodak. So I'm looking to see if anyone on here would be interested in buying them for $150 each? The dent's are pretty small so I don't think there's any damage to the film.

Anyway if interested you can email me back if you want - dmeyer.gotfilm@gmail.com. Thanks.

Oh also you should be somewhere in the LA area, unless you want to pay for shipping.

Never make a first post somewhere that's trying to sell something.

Dude, this is a professionals forum, you have to use your real name otherwise you risk having your posts deleted. Just FYI. ;)

is it me or have I've been overbilled in the past. I thought a 1000 foot load of that stock sold for four times that amount.

No this stock sells for like $600 or something in that area from Kodak, but since this is second hand, and the can's are dented I was just selling it as a recans.

That and my producer would like to throw a little money back into the budget for some extra post work that he's wanting to do.

Doug, I now apologize, but your original post before you edited it just sounded like someone dropping in to make a sales pitch.

Just making a point about forum etiquette:

Say hello and really introduce yourself, then try to make a sale.

Doug, there is a equipment classified section if you scroll down a bit. People usually sell their stuff there including film. I only mention this because you said you were unsure if this was the right forum for this. It's not a big deal but if people are looking to buy film, that's were they'd go to look first. I would recommend you explore this site throughly, there's a lot of great information and features you'd probably enjoy. B)
