I havent been very active in super 8 filmmaking for quite a while as Ive been doing more 16mm work.

I am curious as to how often people are employing crystal sync in their super 8 work. I have a Beaulieu 5008s converted to shoot 24fps crystal. Conversion done by The Film Group.

I'm considering selling my camera.

hmm, you look familar....

Crystal used to be a big deal, some people still use it-- you might get some $$ when you sell your camera.

whenever you have a camera that has sync it sells, but if you shoot super 8 in short burst you dont need sync, with todays software and digital audio recorders you can sync anything!
