Thanks. They actually did that effect at Spectra. I don't know if they do that for everybody or if they just felt inspired.

wow, impressive quality from that elmo camera, how did Spectra tansfer the footage? Your were lucky with the weather too, did some std 8 today at a wedding, peed with rain all the time:(

looked really nice, with a good mix of different filmstocks that i really thought added to whole experience!
The 50D looked really great i think!
Maybe i should roll some film through my 106, seems to be able to yield very good results

Thanks. It was a Rank transfer to mini DV using their V3 gate I believe. check their site for more info on their set-up. At the end of the tape they included some footage with the sepia and other effects like sprocket holes coming into frame and frame jitter. I'll include a little bit of that stuff in the longer version to give it even more texture.
