In two weeks I might be shooting in Tanzania..

We fly to Dar Es Salaam and drive by car to Kilwa, Kiwa is the region where we are planning on shooting.

I'm Looking for a HDcamera and a small lighting package for a 3/4 day shoot. Can you hire equipment locally?

So far we've been using the Panasonic HDX-900 with (P+S technik)pro-35 adapter and Zeiss ultra primes. Shooting with the same set would be ideal but in Tanzania I would also be happy with a set of 35mm primes and a 2/3" inch Xdcam/Digibeta/HDcam/Varicam :-)

if necessary i could take the pro-adapter from Holland.

Does anyone has experience with local equipment?

If we won't find a "local" camera my back-up plan is to take a Panasonic HVX-200..

Thanks!

Jasper
