Do different camera types affect the fov for a given lens?

Another words, let's say I have a 50mm lens and I put it on a 35mm camera, will it have the same field of view if I put that sames lens on a 16mm camera?

No, it will have a different fov, same focal lenght and similar dof (see link below for more on this). This topic has been discussed here ad infinitum:
