Charging petrol, mileage etc...

Hi Guys,

On broadcast and corporate work I normally charge petrol, mileage and car rental if client wants me to use my car for transporting equipment.
But it seems of late, that alot of companies are including the petrol in the mileage charge. Now, with the rises in petrol prices the same charge is in effect that it was when petrol was 70p per litre! Is there scope for a change?
Also, some are now trying to also abstain from paying rental fee for the car.....

Is this all going too far or am I in absolute fantasy land to think that these charges still apply?
