If I'm shooting a movie in an apartment that I'm renting, do I need to get a property release from the owner of the apartment building, or is my own signature satisfactory for the property release since I am the paying tenant of the property?

How about if I'm renting a hotel room? Or a house?

If you will only be showing the inside of your apartment, then you do not need a release. However, using someone eases apartment or show the outside of the apartment, I would suggest getting a release.

Your degree in law is from where?

Of which bar association are you a member?

In what amount is your malpractice insurance if you turn out to be wrong?

Never, ever give people legal advice. Ever.

Your right Phil,
should have used the disclaimer "This is NOT legal advice".
