Regarding projects that last multiple days or even weeks/months, what have you done/experienced that helped keep you and your crew working together happily?

What are some bad experiences that you could have solved in hindsight?

How important is personal space, but also bonding with the crew?

Have you ever been on a shoot where it's very "buddy buddy" and you were the outcast, or vice versa?
