I will begin a project in a couple of weeks with the V1U.

Just wondering if anyone would be willing to share their set up preferences?

Please be as specific as possible with the following:

color lvl
color phase
sharp
skintone dtl
skintone lvl
wb shift
knee
blk lvl
cinematone gama
cinematone color

sorry im late to reply, I have the same camera, I leave my settings on standard and color correct in post production, this way allows you to make changes to every scene VS shooting it all with the same look,
