Hope this wasn't answered here - at least I haven't found it in search.

Anyone knows what was the LED system Savides/Romanek used for Coldplay's 'Speed of Light'?
How much light can this kind of set-up actually produce? Or is the look of the vid actually a lot to do with post?

They are called Versa Tubes by a company called Element Labs. Originally made for concert work, but several music videos have used them. I've priced them out for a few projects in the past, really expensive rental.

Would you say they are powerful enough to give as much light as it looks they give in the video?
Or did Savides add more light by using other sources?
