Serge,
There was mention several times over the last few years of the ASC publishing a sort of ultimate career retrospective book on some of its members - Willis was one and i think there was a book planned for Owen Roizman (perhaps thats been published already?) my memory is a little hazy sorry! Its been on the cards for a while though.

Just spoke to Saul in The ASC store and he told me that the Cinematographer style interview books have just arrived in from the printers and are shipping out today/tonight etc.
He told me that an extended version of the DVD is planned for release next year for Feb/March AND the Gordon Willis book is still being worked on - he says Stephen Pizzello has a few chapters left but he thinks its going to be a great book.
