I'm sure I raved about this a while ago when the QT trailer became available - yes, it's fantastic, isn't it?

My first thoughts were: that is the best video I have ever seen. Really an incredible job done by the whole visual team.

Hi,

Doesn't seem 2/3 semsor is a problem at all, I wonder if Scarlet will be as good.

It seems that Mr. Miranda's many series of tests with digital equipment have taught him a great deal about working with it. It looks very well done and an interesting story, too.

There is one shot in the trailer where you can see it's a three-chip block - where she's looking through venetian blinds, and they're out of focus; the louvres shade very, very subtly from magenta to green.

And I thought this guy was just merciless in his critique of film!

Keep up the good work Phil. ;)

This is by far the nicest video I have ever seen. I love digital imaging technology as much as I love film, and I could really get used to this sort of thing.

I do hope the cinematographer makes a HV30 tutorial...

I think we actually mentioned this shot already in an early discussion of the trailer.

It's already being nominated for 5 golden globes.

This should be good. :)

best "video" ever. If it should even be considered that. It was so filmic it fooled me.
