This lab does: http://www.cinelicious.tv/?page_id=39 There's an old discussion somewhere here in this forum about ultra-16 labs if I remember correctly.

Cinelicious recommends Alpha Cine in Seattle for Ultra 16 PROCESSING. It has been discussed a little here, but it comes down to how the rollers might rub the area between the sprockets.

Cinelicious and Bonolabs both support Ultra-16 for TRANSFER/TELECINE. There are surely some other telecine houses as well but they need to be able to "see" the sprocket holes so they can use the space between them. I seem to remember something about a Sony telecine device being capable.

Do a search on this site under Ultra-16 for more info.

The Lab I use does not admit to "endorse" Ultra, but I've never had a problem with them.
They do always give me a verbal warning that they are not responsible if there is rubbing or
scuffing.

PM me and I'll give you the low down in Vancouver if you want. I don't think any lab will openly
admit they can support Ultra as a format...... yet
