If anyone would suggest a solution to a scene?

It involves a lighting change during a take. The scene is a person in their bedroom, lit as daylight- imagining they are preforming a dance in a club. The bedroom, daylight balanced light will fall using dimmers and will have to cut with the club scene. I plan to track in to the subject and fade out on a cu, dissolving to a cu of them in the club. the light will have to match. I;m wondering what precautions to take, as i'm on 16mm plan on using 500T kodak for the club and 250D for the bedroom. filters? stops? any advice is frightfully welcome.
