Fletcher Camera out of Chicago would probably be closest (www.fletch.com), and most of the big rental places would ship to anywhere. Zeiss lenses are very popular, so you shouldn't have trouble finding them for rent. You may have trouble finding them at a price you like :) You might also check with your state's film commission to see if they have a list of vendors in your area.

You can also call Armanda Costanza (AC) in Nashville, TN. They have some S16 mm PL mount prime sets and zoom lenses. In my experience, they have been usually cheaper than Fletcher and other bigger houses, though some ACs and DPs I know complain about their camera packages being a tad worn out / disorganized sometimes. Still, Joe should contact both and find out for sure.
