Advanced Lighting Tutorial DVDs for video?

Books are great, and some introductory DVDs are great for getting started, and nothing beats being on set, but still... any recommendations for something that assumes we know the basics and starts right after? And something that's less for interviews/weddings but more for Film?

I Have the perfect solution for you. :)
A friend of mine shot some videos at the Australian Film Television and Radio School in Sydney, as part of a
series called the Kodak lighting for realism master class. They are a little old now and the quality is fairly
poor however the wealth of information contained within them is still priceless stuff. Check them out here

Basically it is a few of the greats demonstrating how they would light particular scenes.
Allen Daviau, Robby Muller, John Seale, Dean Semler and a bunch more.
