Hi.

At my college (Ravensbourne) we hold an event called Rave-On-Air once every year where we setup multiple television channels broadcasting over digital terrestrial and IPTV. The channels are run completelly by students, and various delegates from the BBC, Sky etc. come down to view the event (normally for recruitment pruposes).

So if anyone is interested, the channels are going live tommorow (Friday) from 1pm (UK time).

Here is the link for the IPTV as the digital terrestrial only stretches to about 50 miles:

My role is gaffer for the Access show (in the tent, not the Access Music show)

It's a huge project for us and I'm really excited about it so if anyone's interested in broadcast check it out.
Cheers, Dan.

(We are using the Telegenic HD OB truck if anyone here is really into broadcast, which is the most advanced OB truck in the UK. Can't say I've been inside an OB truck where the walls electronically "shift"...)
