Now our optician made conversion anamorphic lens 35BAS25 - 2 , F = 100/2.8 , T = 3.4 - will replace optical block on another OKC1-100-1 , F = 100/2.0 , T = 2.3 and lens will more faster ..
Optical block OKC1-100-1 T=2 more about 10 mm in diameter then optical block OKC2-100-2 which fitted on rear part ( submount ) of original anamorphic lens 35BAS25-2 , therefore it is not possible only replace one optical block to another . Now our optician made new submount ( rear part ) from hard black anodized aluminum ( it more large in diameter then regular anamorphic lens 35BAS25 - 2 ) , new iris ring with new engraving , new anamorphic lens F = 100 /2.0 will has T=2.3 .After lens carefully collimated .
If you want to convert your lens on more faster – price of conversion $ 1900 .
And the same conversion it is possible to make from LOMO roundfront anamorphic lenses :
F = 50 /2.0 type 35BAS22 – 1 and F = 75 /2.0 type 35BAS23 – 2 – this type of lenses has absolutely equal front anamorphic part – difference only in rear part with prime lens and with this front anamorphic part it is possible to made else some anamorphic lenses F = 135/2.8 and F = 150 / 2.8 – I have bought some lenses and buyers was very happy .
Now our opticians finish work for conversion LOMO anamorphic F = 35/2.5 type 35BAS27 – 1 , was made new rear part and fitted in it Superspeed block OKC12 – 35 – 1 , F = 35/1.4 now lens has F = 35/1.8 and it is the same conversion make for lens 35BAS22 – 1 , F = 50 /2 and 35BAS23 – 2 , F = 75 /2 – replaced prime lenses with standard speed on block of prime lenses superspeed .
