Hi,

I am a student cinematographer, and i have been saving up for a 35mm adaptor for some time now and now have around £1000 pounds to spend on a set up and i was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice in these areas so i can buy the best one for me...

1. Compatible with my camera and my Dad's cameras, Canon 450D, Sony PD150, Sony V1E and Sony EX1?

2. One that is up to date and durable?

3. I was also wondering if anyone might know of any good deals, student discounts or decent places to buy second hand as i am sure that 1000 pounds will not get me as far as i might think.

Any advice would be really appreciated, i have attached a link to one of my 1 minute student films to show the kind of thing i would be using it for.

Many thanks,
