I recently purchased a pair IDX Endura 10S batteries, just got them by UPS and one of them doesn't look like new. It has cuffs and marks all over, look for yourself. Alone from the fact that the second one looks way better I'm assuming I got a second hand or refurbished one but I paid for a new one.

Before I complain at the shop I'd like to hear your opinions on this, thanks in advance.
