I'm shooting a project on green screen next month of a guy riding a motorcycle. I have no experience with emulating traffic lights and city lights passing by. Whats the best way to go about doing this. Can I pan the lights or do I have to track the lights? Are there a few different types of rigs I could use? Thanks!
