Anyone know what type of lens mount this 70mm Kinor uses?

You sure, what this is Kinor 70 mm ?
As for me, this is slow like Konvas 1KSSH-R 70 mm camera. ( at russian show like 1KCIIIP).
Lens mount have 3 blades.

It is correctly, Olex Kalynychenko. Such in Russia is already difficult for finding.
PL and BNCR adapters for LOMO and CKBK lenses
