Seems like there will be the option of using ProRes 4:2:2 or 4:4:4.

Yes, going to a pair of SxS cards in a built-in module on the left side of the camera. They'll be able to swap in modules for other card standards as they come along. It was in the DGA presentation last night. Not yet announced, but ProRes is going to be more widely supported in the near future.

Why's the video on black and white????

There's specific reference to the record button being red!!!

The photo on page 9 is credited to the Arri, but most of the other photos have the camera in them, so were shot on something else? (DSLR?)

Well it is a brochure, so I'd expect production stills to be taken with a stills camera rather than a camera designed for motion pictures..
