I totally agree,

Freddy van de Putte in Belgium is a guy who knows what he is doing. His wet-gate transfers with a DIY telecine machine (Eumig Super 8 projector-SONY video camera) and frame-by-frame scanning technique is state-of-the-art, very professional. He also has a very keen eye for color saturation, brightness, and contrast - a true colorist.

Best,
Bengt F, Sweden

Wow -- that footage looks 3-D, not to mention so clean and vibrant. This kind of work could breathe new life into 8mm reels!

The program and the scrip are pretty hard to use :P

I visited your site and is really strange that you don't offer any kind of post-processing service, considering your results...:). I'd love to try it.

great great job!!

Fred's the greatest. A real DIYer who does it well. He's also very big on public domain software.
