Im shooting a short film on super 8. And i have got zero knowledge of codecs and the best way of transfering to a dvd.

Can anyone lend me some advice about the best way of getting the most out of my Super-8? Or at least point me in the right direction.

Im gonna be edting on adobe premier cs4, and i was thinking about getting a direct to drive transfer from the widescreen centre.

Any kind of advice would be most helpful
