Due to Dr.Raw Stock (www.raw-stock.com) closing his business, I was wondering if any of you know where to find a reliable source for buying short-ends of 35mm stock at a fair price?

I'd prefer 400+ rolls of Kodak and Fuji.

Thanks

We've been operating in Canada since 2004 - www.certifiedfilm.com. We have various lengths of 5219 500T SE's (200's to 300+) tested and guaranteed that would be the cheapest you'll find anywhere. A case of having too much inventory in one stock currently. Drop us a line when you get a chance and I'll be happy to provide you with a quote.

Cheers!

If you live in a production center, you might try to go directly to a production manager on a job that's winding down. (That's if anyone is still shooting on film.) That way, you'll probably get a better price, and you'll be a little reassured that those short-ends are trust-worthy. After all, the show would have used them if they had needed.

I just opened a new film department at Comtel Pro Media. We've got 35mm and 16mm ends and recans. Call us for current inventory and pricing.
