I think the whole situation with Phoenix is pretty disturbing. At this point, even if it's a joke it is still as disturbing simply because of the level he has taken his behavior.

Roger Ebert sums it up pretty well I think. It's a sad situation.

I am amazed how the thin line between stylized reality and life is so often dumbfounded.
