camera movement/shake effect

What do you think would be the best way to achieve this shake/move effect in post like here during performance shots:

I'm pretty sure it's not actual camera movement.

Why are you sure that is not camera?

if not you could shake it with 3 simple keyframes in after effects, or even fcp. arent complicated shakes

What do you think would be the best way to achieve this shake/move effect in post like here during performance shots:
